We owe it to parents.
In 2008, Chris Schlesinger began instructing CPR classes for the American Red Cross in their Marin County classroom. He noticed there were rarely new and expecting parents in these classes. His wife, Margarita, pointed out the obvious: it’s very difficult to travel to a classroom when you’re pregnant or have an infant.
This realization was the catalyst for Chris to offer CPR classes for parents in their homes. Soon after, businesses began asking if he could teach classes at their offices. In Home CPR still comes to homes, but now teaches classes at construction companies, gyms, preschools, hospitals, senior care facilities, dental offices, IT companies, and many other industries.
Chris was recently hired to create the Infant First Aid and CPR class for California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). In Home CPR teaches over 100 of these classes a year at CPMC.
In Home CPR has grown into a large team of instructors and a classroom at 200 Main Street in Redwood City that holds scheduled classes anyone can take.
