Chris Schlesinger
Instructor
Chris is the owner of In Home CPR and has been instructing American Heart Association and American Red Cross courses since 2008. He was an EMT and worked in home healthcare for five years. Long ago he was also a comic actor and his roots in theater inform his instructing style — classes that fun, informative and very interactive.
Daniel Berger
Instructor
Daniel has been an EMT for five years, an American Heart Association instructor for the last two, and currently works full-time for an event medicine company. He is applying to medical schools this year. His instructing philosophy is to explain why we treat illnesses a particular way, not just how to do it. He does this using real life scenarios, incorporating tips and tricks he’s learned as an EMT, all toward the goal of his students feeling confident they can respond to medical emergencies.
Forest Uhland
Instructor
Forrest has been in the EMS/medical industry for over 10 years. He began as an EMT, went to Paramedic College and now works in the San Mateo County 911 system as a Field Medic. He loves what he does and especially enjoys instructing. Outside of work he golfs with friends and enjoys working out. As a professional first responder, Forrest truly understands the impact any person can have on someone’s life by knowing CPR.
