The CPR Essentials Class
The CPR Essentials Class is ideal for learning CPR in your home. The individualized, hands-on instruction lets us quickly cover a lot of material. At the end of the class if someone doesn’t feel confident in their ability to perform CPR, I will continue working with them until those doubts are gone.
This class does not certify you in CPR.
In this class we cover:
- Recognizing when it is necessary to use CPR
- Performing CPR for infants, children and adults
- Responding to choking emergencies
- How to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
I encourage all my students to ask questions about the safety topics most important to them during their CPR Essentials Class. Additional topics I can instruct you to respond to during your class: seizures, allergic reactions, how to use an epinephrine pen, asthma, drowning, bleeding, burns, infections, bites and stings, sprains and broken bones.
