BLS for Healthcare Providers – American Heart Association

Take a BLS CPR class at your office or home

We instruct the American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR course at businesses and homes in the San Francisco Bay Area.  This is CPR certification required for healthcare professionals and healthcare students.

There is no minimum number of people needed to set up a class with us. We bring all of the training equipment — you only need to provide a space to have our class.

Please note that the AHA recently changed the name of the course to “BLS Provider” from the previous name of “BLS for Healthcare Providers”.

All certifications are good for two years. Certification cards can be delivered to you as an eCard or a traditional paper certification card. The choice is yours.

BLS Skills Session

We also offer Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Skills Sessions.  This blended learning approach allows you to complete most of the course online.  After completing the online portion of the course, we come to you for a “Skills Session.”  This is a short class centered around practicing and demonstrating the physical skills of the course with our CPR manikins, AED trainers, and other BLS training equipment.

Here is a link to the online portion of the AHA’s BLS course.  You purchase the online portion of the course from the AHA for $28.50, then we come to you for the skills session.
